As we reflect on 2025, we recognize that success is never linear. It’s a journey built on many factors, moving forward with a clear vision, pushing boundaries, and setting new benchmarks. In this next-gen, AI-driven era, we’ve not only adapted but thrived, outskilling, outpacing, and outperforming with cutting-edge technology.

From the height of AI hype to becoming a trusted companion in our daily lives, we have seen technology evolve in a human-centered way. Our journey has been amazing, with seasons, moments, and gestures that have made it marvelous. Something that remains constant is being a huge family throughout time. As we reflect on the year, we see that these months have truly defined our growth.

We can proudly say that this year has been nothing short of amazing. Whether it was our growth, the lessons we learned, the new horizons we’ve explored, or the resilience we built along the way, it has been a year to remember. And as we look back, we find ourselves filled with gratitude for every challenge, every triumph, and every person who walked alongside us.

A Journey Across Continents: Connecting the World

From root to branches, Hidden Brains expanded its horizons across the global landscape. Our leadership team traveled the world, leaving footprints across continents and building bridges that transcend borders.

The United States brought us to the aggressive growth markets of California, the entrepreneurial spirit of Colorado, the innovation hubs of Arizona, the vibrant energy of Mexico City, the sunshine state of Florida, and the power corridors of Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland.

Europe opened its doors as we connected with visionaries in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. Each city, each meeting, each conversation was an opportunity to learn, grow, and discover.

The Middle East saw us making powerful connections in Saudi Arabia and showcasing groundbreaking solutions at GITEX in Riyadh, where innovation meets opportunity.

Asia continued to be our stronghold, where we deepened partnerships and expanded our reach across emerging markets. This wasn’t just travel; it was about collaboration and connection, the secret sauce of any thriving business. We learned from partnerships, absorbed wisdom from people, and understood industry demands like never before.

As we were moving ahead with vigour and energy, there was something that hit us hard, and that was the moment when we lost a humble soul, our dadaji. 

The Pause That Shaped Us

In March, we experienced a profound loss when our beloved Dadaji, the visionary behind Hidden Brains, left us. The world felt quieter. Slower. Heavier. 

The pain was real, and the grief ran deep. But in that darkness, something beautiful emerged. Dadaji’s wisdom, his teachings, and the way he lived his life, it all became our compass. His vision wasn’t just about building a company; it was about creating a family, fostering innovation, and always putting people first.

His strength became our own. Rather than breaking us, the loss reminded us of why we keep pushing forward, why we dare to dream big, and why we refuse to give up. The grief lingered, and at times, everything around us seemed overshadowed by darkness.

But even in that, we carried his spirit with us, drawing strength from it in ways we never thought possible. His legacy lives on, not just in our memories, but in every decision we make, every goal we pursue, every person we uplift, and every challenge we rise above.

Dadaji taught us that technology is powerful, but humanity is irreplaceable. That lesson continues to guide us every single day.

Carrying forward his legacy, teachings, and memories, we moved ahead. 

Collaboration, Learning & Growth Across Our Hubs

While our leadership connected the world, incredible things were brewing at our Ahmedabad, Pune, and Hyderabad offices, too. These aren’t just workplaces, they’re innovation hubs where ideas come to life and dreams take flight.

• New Family Members: We welcomed brilliant minds into the HBian family. Fresh perspectives, diverse talents, and passionate hearts joined us, bringing new energy and innovative thinking to our teams.

• Continuous Learning: We didn’t just work; we learned. Upskilling sessions, tech workshops, knowledge-sharing forums, and mentorship programs kept our teams sharp and ahead of the curve. Because in a world where tech evolves daily, learning is not optional; it’s essential.

• Celebrations That Bind Us: We celebrated life, culture, and togetherness. Holi brought colors and joy to our offices. Ganesh Chaturthi in September reminded us of new beginnings and the removal of obstacles. And then came Convergence in July, our 22nd anniversary celebration that was nothing short of a BASH!

Hidden Brains Turned 22 

July was MAGNIFICENT! This wasn’t just another month; this was when we turned 22! And we didn’t just celebrate; we threw an absolute BASH. That convergence of passion, technology, and innovation. 

We poured our hearts and souls into this night because it wasn’t just about the company; it was for every single HBian who shows up, puts in the work, and adds their magic to what we’re building. You all deserve the absolute best.

The grand night was no less than a Bollywood extravaganza. From divas serving looks to laughter doses that had us in tears, from performances that gave us goosebumps to energy that could power entire cities, it was LIT as per GenZ and millennials. It was emotional. It was everything we dreamed it would be and more.

It’s not that we just enjoy high party vibes; we are spiritual too, and we celebrate festivals too with that same spark and vibes. From chanting “Bappa Morya” to jingling with bells, we did it all. 

22 years of pushing boundaries, breaking barriers, and building something extraordinary.

And honestly? We’re just getting started.

After a well-deserved party and doses of celebration, we were back on the ground, forging new partnerships and showcasing our expertise throughout.

August was a powerful month. We stood shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders:

September to November saw us at major industry events, from London and Manchester to GITEX in Riyadh to Slush. We weren’t just attending; we were showcasing, connecting, and setting benchmarks.
