The 7th Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors’ Summit (VGGIS) is beginning tomorrow from Jan 11-13, 2015 at the sprawling Mahatma Mandir complex at Gandhinagar, will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, 11th January, 2015. The mega event, whose 2011-2013 summits saw investments pouring in of more than INR 30 lakh Crores, is seeing the participation of more than 2500 delegates from 101 participant countries.

One of the highlights of the summit is to be the Make in India program of the Government of India, which can also be considered as an extension of the ‘Make in Gujarat’ initiative taken by the then Narendra Modi government during the 2013 Vibrant Gujarat Summit.
