Time for Some Fun & Frolic – HB Team at Udaipur!!

Hidden Brains completed 10 years of success, glory and achievements on 1st July, 2013. So obviously, it was the time for celebration and time for some partying. HB celebrated its 10th anniversary in a grand way through an event with lots of fun, music and applauds. But that was not enough for the huge celebration. So, HB planned an outing for all its employees. And, the venue was decided to be Udaipur – The city of lakes!!

A Memorable Trip

All employees joined in for the trip to Udaipur. Four buses were already booked for the trip and Hotel rooms were also reserved. The 10th Annual day celebration completed at around 8:30 pm IST. And, all the employees gathered at the Head Office (Balleshwar Square) at around 11pm IST. The buses departed at around 11:30 pm IST.

The HB team was tired due to the anniversary celebration, still the enthusiasm and excitement was alive. They played ‘Antakshari’ and ‘Quiz’ games for hours. Slowly everyone fell asleep. When the eyes opened in morning, all were in front of the hotel, the Valley View. It was really very beautiful. It was 6: 30 in the morning, when everyone checked-in and entered the rooms to get fresh. After some time, a delicious breakfast was served to all.

The arrangements at the hotel were amazing. Whole day was spent swimming, playing cricket and table tennis. At 8 pm everyone gathered at the discotheque for a DJ party. Everyone including the team leads and project managers  danced like crazy until midnight. At the end of the day, there was a cake cutting ceremony along with all directors and two major clients of the company.

On the next day everyone was out for sightseeing. As there was just a single day to explore the beauty of the city, so the HB team wanted to visit more and more places in the minimum possible time. It started with the Lake Pichola, one of the major attractions of the city. The beautiful lake houses the famous City Palace Complex built on the middle of the water body. The tranquil lake was explored through jet boats and ferries. During the boat journey, several sightseeing points like Jag Mandir could be seen.

Fateh Sagar lake, the second most popular lake of the city was the next destination. Its USP is that its a man-made lake! After that, the team moved to Moti Magri, that faces the Fateh Sagar lake. Saheliyon Ki Bari was the next place to be explored. It is a major garden of the city, housing numerous fountains, kiosks, a lotus pool and marble elephants. It was 4 o’clock now, and sadly it was the time to leave. Everyone reached the hotel and got into the buses for departure.

The buses left for Ahmedabad at around 4: 30 pm. Truly it was an amazing trip, which will be remembered by everyone as a sweet memory. Any HB member won’t be able to forget it for years to come.
