Job Description

Dynamic Business Development Manager skilled in driving growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer on strategic sales initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-5 sales professionals, driving them towards achieving individual and team targets.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to expand Hidden Brains' clientele across various industry verticals.
  • Actively manage key accounts, identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Conduct frequent business trips to engage with potential customers and prospects, building strong relationships and closing deals, particularly in the US, UK and MENA market.
  • Represent Hidden Brains at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide strategic input and insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and implement best practices for efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
