Roles and Responsibilties

• In-depth competency in programming knowledge of Mobile and Web Applications
• Should be involved in Client communication for requirement gathering & elicitation and doing effort estimation through Work Break-Down Structures [WBS].
• Create UML Diagrams & Wire frames including Use Cases Diagrams, workflow diagrams (Activity Diagrams), and Sequence Diagrams.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Effective Client Communication on International Projects is a MUST.
• Strong experience in mobile and web applications development.

Business Analysis Skill

• Business analysis planning and monitoring that incudes stake-holders analysis, planning business analysis activities and communication.
• Requirements management and communication that included managing scope, solution, traceability, risk and constraints
• Requirements analysis that includes defining business problems, business needs, write business cases, technically evaluate the business solution
• Elicitation that includes (Business requirements, Functional requirements, Non-functional requirements, Performance, Technical and design contains)

Project Management Skill

• Complete knowledge of SDLC and various methodologies (like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Rapid Application Development [RAD] etc.)
• Project planning and scheduling
• Project and progress monitoring
• Project issue and risk monitoring
• Project communication management (internal and external stakeholders)

Technical Skill

• Must be proficient in using Wireframe Tools and Project Management Tools.
• Must be proficient in understanding various Mobile OS, Development and Cross platform Frameworks, Architectures and Databases
• Must be proficient in various APIs and external interfaces like (Location based, maps, chat and messaging, charting, social APIs, payment gateway etc)
• Knowledge and integration of client/server communication and data transfers like Rest API, XML, Json, Batch processing
• Understand various server and hosting platforms like Virtual, Dedicated and Cloud storages
• Must be proficient in knowing various marketplaces and application submissions rules (Play Store, ITune, Amazon, Windows store)

Responsibilities:

• Develop BRD, FRD, SRS & WBS [Work Breakdown Structure]
• Develop/Review Wireframes, designs, project artefacts and deliverables.
• Manage & deliver multiple projects within the prescribes schedule and effort
• Team player and good coordination with various team in executing the project
• Effective communication using various methods and PM tools as per current trends and technology.
• Process oriented, Self-managed and multi-tasking
• Must be executed 10+ mobile applications in Mobile and Web technologies respectively
