The client with 20+ years of Real Estate expertise wanted to build a platform that integrated multiple MLS platforms to provide a comprehensive and convenient solution for customers that will allow them to search and find properties in one place, thus making the process of buying, selling or renting properties much easier and efficient.

Hidden Brains developed a platform that integrated 37+ MLS APIs into the system and accomplished their Real Estate offline data into the online system by using a polygon-based map along with a Zipcode mechanism for avoiding duplication of the same properties.

Advance Search: Real Estate Marketplace is a comprehensive search engine that brings together virtually every "for sale by owner" listings with different search results based on Address, Sub-division, City and Zip-code
Listing Views: Offers two ways to view properties, either in Card-View or Map-View mode, utilizing a polygon-based map
Property Enquiry: One can request an enquiry or schedule an appointment for property visit
Agent/Broker Directory: Listings from agents and brokers, a directory of these professionals, with information such as their contact details, specialties, and listings
Security: Ensuring the security of user data which includes measures such as secure login, encrypted data transmission, and regular security updates
Commission Saving Calculator: Seller can simply calculate the saving of commission fees charged by agents
Subscription Plans: Designed to provide users with enhanced functionality and access to more resources that can help them successfully buy or sell properties
