Business Problem
Being in the service-providing industry, the client had a great knowledge of the pros and cons of the industry. The client came up with an idea to develop a solution where consumers can easily find service providers based on the available service category.
But the main concern was that some consumers have no idea regarding how to select service providers. To simplify this, Omnee introduced an option where admins help consumers find suitable providers. This opened opportunities to expand in Canada and gain recognition. The client approached Hidden Brains with a basic idea of the solution.
