Business Problem

Being in the service-providing industry, the client had a great knowledge of the pros and cons of the industry. The client came up with an idea to develop a solution where consumers can easily find service providers based on the available service category.

But the main concern was that some consumers have no idea regarding how to select service providers, to simplify the solution Omnee has the option to ask for Omnee admins to help consumers find a service provider. Hence, the client got a great opportunity to expand business and gain recognition in Canada and approached Hidden Brains with a basic idea of the solution.
