The goal is to enhance Client Engagement Opportunities (CEOs) and maximize client lifetime value (CLTV) to generate warm leads.
The sub-product EZ HomeHub is a cloud-based app to enable home-owners to manage everything related to their home. Offered FREE to all Estate Agents.
The client has been associated with the real estate industry for over 15 years. He had experimented with many available transaction management tools but was always annoyed with the long and laborious process, most of which had no added value. He also found it a struggle to maintain all the property records in a centralized and easily accessible manner. Furthermore, none of the existing tools offered marketing-related features.
Hence, the idea for HomeHub was born. An easy to use Property transaction management tool, which would

Client has vast experience of the industry and was continuously evaluating other systems in parallel.
Furthermore, there were many different stakeholders so managing all these inputs to build a unique system was a challenge.
The client was continuously comparing to different solutions in the market; adapting to the changing expectations was a challenge.
Not having in-house experts on the domain was a challenge which was eventually mitigated by a visit to the client location for discussions with SME of this domain.
Selection of unplanned modules in Phase II and III resulted in major modifications of system architecture which was well taken care of by our Architects.
A product that has already started to bring real value to the clients daily operations.
Successful release of the first version resulted in planing multiple phases.
