HomeHub Pro is a cloud-based client engagement and transaction management platform for Real Estate Agents. The platform provides features to empower real estate agents to grow their business through simplified process and action-oriented CRM engine. The goal is to enhance Client Engagement Opportunities (CEOs) and maximize client lifetime value (CLTV) to generate warm leads.

The sub-product EZ HomeHub is a cloud-based app to enable home-owners to manage everything related to their home. Offered FREE to all Estate Agents.

Business Problem

The client has been associated with the real estate industry for over 15 years. He had experimented with many available transaction management tools but was always annoyed with the long and laborious process, most of which had no added value. He also found it a struggle to maintain all the property records in a centralized and easily accessible manner. Furthermore, none of the existing tools offered marketing-related features.

Hence, the idea for HomeHub was born. An easy to use Property transaction management tool, which would

  • Help clients manage all their property related information and tasks
  • Allow real estate agents to manage transactions for these properties
  • Enable the agents to stay connected with easily operable CRM features
