As a Multiplayer game, the Raffle - Liars Dice app allows players to Add Friends and create Contact List. A later version of the app will also allow you to invite your friends to play the game.
Check the 'How to Play' screen of the application for the game rules - One round of the game goes on until someone calls the previous bet a lie, and all the players reveal their dice values. The player who loses the bet loses one dice and another round starts.
