System Analyst

Education: BCA / B.E./ MCA / M.Tech / Equivalent

Job Description :

Collect information to analyze, evaluate and architect existing or proposed software systems.
Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams (UML) outlining systems capabilities and processes.
Prepare project document deliverables including requirement specification, functional design specification, test plan & case, training materials and related documents
Design & develop applications or enhance the existing applications to meet the new requirements.
Collaborate with testing teams
Provide ongoing support and maintenance after system rollout of applications or system enhancements
You will be required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization

Desired Profile :

6 – 8 years of experience in .Net, PHP ( Preferred), Java/J2EE
Fresh MBA with IT background ( min 3-4 years experience in IT firm) can also apply
Excellent understanding and working experience on OOAD and methodologies.
Must be able to understand and express any design/ architecture aspect through UML and/or other representations.
Hands-on experience with one of the modeling tools like Rational Rose, Select Through understanding of Design Patterns and experience in their usage.
Thorough understanding of RDBMS principles, design and hands on experience on any of the DB systems.
Thorough understanding of Transactions and their management.
Excellent understanding of enterprise level applications, their architecture, issues, and data flow etc.
Should be able to address the non-functional aspects of the application like performance, scalability, reliability, availability, internationalization/ localization, etc.
Should have a good understanding of the security aspects of the applications like authentication, authorization, public key infrastructure, SSL, certificates, etc.
Must able to estimate a sizeable development effort
Ability to negotiate scope with development team leads and clients.
