Education: Any Graduate with Prior Experience

Job Description :

You must be expert using programs like Adobe Flash, Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc
Proposing client’s marketing or informational content into a functional website.
Analyze web site and website's structural content.
Preparing, Generating, Editing & Managing images and graphics for website use.
Creating templates of approved website layout.
Developing website using HTML or GUI design software.
Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts.
Designing of highly professional looking website layouts, Banners, Brochures, Flyers, flash animations, LOGOs.
Proficient in layout designing and converting them to XTHML/HTML/CSS
Should be expert in speaking & writing in English.

Desired Profile :

Candidate must have minimum 4+ Years of experience.
Able to work independently
Excellent Communication, organizational & Presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Dream weaver & Flash (Action scripting will be an added advantage).
Good understanding of usability and usability testing Good knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Style Sheets (CSS) Keen eye for details CorelDraw, Illustrator.
Proven Leadership in managing a technical team at various levels and disciplines.
Serve as a technical resource to others and act as a coach and mentor
Provide detailed current knowledge of user interface and usability design concepts for Web-based applications
Be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Team oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple urgent requests
Utilize excellent attention to detail
